    We provide a safe, impartial, and confidential space where parties feel heard and valued and can openly express their needs, concerns, interest, and perspectives. We listen to your underlying interests and motivations and guide you toward creative, collaborative, and sustainable solutions that meet your goals, interest, and objectives.

    Negotiation

How We Resolve Conflict

We equip our clients to claim more value in life and profession. We safeguard your autonomy and empower you to take control of your own solutions and move forward with confidence and peace of mind. All our services are offered remotely. Except when you specifically want us to come to you and render our services in person

Meet our team

    Initiate Mediation

    You can initiate mediation by submitting a request for mediation. It can be done over the phone, email, or any other electronic means

    Pay for your mediation

    The cost of mediation is shared equally. The party initiating mediation pays at the time of submitting a request for mediation. The other pays after confirming consent to mediate

    Confirm consent from the other party(s)

    Mediation is voluntary. ALL parties must confirm their consent to mediate in good faith. If you can’t or don't want to talk to the other side about this, We can do that for you.

    Set date and time for mediation

    Coordinate with the parties to schedule their mediation. It’s scheduled on date and time convenient for parties and mediator

    Mediate

    Our mediation is done virtually. We have 5 steps: (1) Introduction; (2) Information gathering; (3) Listing of topics/issues; (4) Brainstorming/negotiation; (5) Agreement. Once parties reach an agreement, we can, if contracted, draft them for the parties.

We are an agent of positive change, working to transform conflict into opportunities for growth, restoration, and positive change. We promote a culture of understanding and collaboration, where disputes are approached with an open mind and a willingness to listen. We help our clients overcome their differences and work towards mutually beneficial agreements that meet their needs and interests.
